Regulatory Compliance Officer – Part Time 0.6 FTE

Deadline Date: 16th January 2026

The School seeks to appoint a conscientious and capable Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our administrative team on a part-time basis at the earliest opportunity.

The Regulatory Compliance Officer will hold responsibility for the effective and efficient management of School policies and procedures in accordance with relevant legislation, working closely with the Senior Deputy Head and other members of the Senior Management Team. This includes policy implementation, monitoring, updating, compliance inspection preparation and risk assessments. The Regulatory Compliance Officer will sit on the Health and Safety Committee, which meets termly, and will report when required and provide advice on regulatory matters.

The role requires a well organised and prioritised approach, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and with a minimum of direction. The successful candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, self management, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills. Due to the nature of the role, we require flexibility and professionalism along with the ability to work to tight deadlines and to adapt to changing work priorities in a calm and efficient manner. Applications should be made on the application form available on this website. Applications should be emailed to the HR Assistant as soon as possible and no later than midday on Friday 16th January. The school reserves the right to interview before the closing date if appropriate to the context of the field. Applications should be submitted to: HR@yarmschool.org
