Read full news story...The general welfare of the children is the responsibility of all staff. The School has six fully trained first aiders, two of whom hold a Paediatric First Aid Certificate specific to Early Years, and other staff have attended an emergency first aid course. Medical matters can be referred and discussed with the School Nurse, who is based at the Preparatory School.
The Head is the designated person who oversees matters to do with child protection and safeguarding children and she has undertaken training in both of these areas. The School follows the guidance regarding the safer recruitment of staff and makes the safety and welfare of children a priority. The staff have all undergone the necessary vetting procedures.
