Telford

Named after the engineer, Thomas Telford (1757-1834), who was born in Scotland. Telford was famous for his roads and bridges. At the age of 14 he went to work for a stonemason and years later established himself as an architect. Some of his most significant projects include: Caledonian canal, Ellesmere canal and the Menai suspension bridge.

Telford House prides itself in making connections across the year groups.
