Pre-Prep School

At Yarm Pre-Prep School we build on the fantastic start children have made in Nursery, catering for children from 4 to 7 years old.

Following the Foundation Stage curriculum, life in our beautifully equipped Reception classes is a lot of fun.

The introduction of more formal learning is blended with play-based learning, so that every child can’t wait to come to school. There are a wide range of exciting subjects aimed to inspire and enthuse.

Throughout the Pre-Prep we are able to meet the needs of individual children by having smaller class sizes and an excellent adult : child ratio. We see every child as an individual and acknowledge they all have different interests, backgrounds and ways of learning.
